Booking Policy

  • Thank you for choosing NAT.Aesthetics for your aesthetic treatments. Terms to secure an appointment: A non refundable booking deposit of $50 applies to all bookings.

  • Booking deposits are used as a credit towards your service or towards products in store on the day of your visit. 

  • Once you have chosen your time, we will hold your appointment for 2 hours. If no payment is made in this time, the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to request a new booking online.

  • Online payment service is provided by stripe. We'll send you a confirmation email once payment has been received.

  • Review/follow up appointments are complimentary and do not require a deposit. These cannot be booked using the online booking platform. Contact NAT via to book directly.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Cancellations forfeit booking deposit.

  • Reschedule within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, forfeit 50% booking deposit

  • Reschedule within 48 hours of second scheduled appointment, forfeit 100% booking deposit
