Cancellation Policy

Cancelling appointments forfeit booking deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled anytime up to two days before your scheduled time. Please note that this is not tied to when your automatic reminder is sent. Payment of this booking deposit secures your appointment time but does not constitute informed financial consent to a medical procedure. Full policy discloure located in booking policy page. As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless agreed prior with Nat. Age & Attendance Policy: To maintain a calm clinical environment and in line with regulatory standards, our clinic is unable to accommodate individuals under 18 years of age. We respectfully ask that minors do not attend appointments, including as guests. To ensure a calm and private experience for every client, the door remains locked while I am with a patient. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, and I will personally welcome you in as soon as your session is ready to begin.
