PDO Mono Threads
PDO collagen stimulating threads are a low risk minimally invasive procedure which are designed to encourage new collagen synthesis to thicken and tighten the skin as facial support structures begin to weaken.
Dermamelan Peel
Dermamelan is a medical depigmenting treatment that efficiently and progressively eliminates all types of stubborn pigmentation such as photo damage, freckles, hyperpigmentation & hormonal melasma whilst preventing the formation of future pigment production. It is suitable for all skin types providing a comprehensive and long-lasting outcome.
Treatment process
At initial consultation a skin analysis is provided with clinical images to assess the pigmentation in the skin.
STEP 1:
We prep the skin with a light peel 2 weeks prior to application of dermamelan to allow penetration of the product.
STEP 2:
Dermamelan will be applied to your skin and you will be advised how and when to remove at home.
STEP 3:
Maintainence with home care products provided to last approximately 4 months following the professional in clinic treatment.
Downtime
Usually 3-4 days of skin redness and mild to moderate peeling can be experienced for up to 2 weeks.
We include 2 complimentary LED Light therapy treatments over the 2 week recovery period.
You will be provided with a full range of home care products to use. It is imperative to follow the home care instructions to maintain the results and prevent undoing the treatment.

How many treatments will I need?
​For best desired outcome it is recommended to have a course of minimally 6 treatments 4-6 weeks apart and can be used as a single therapy with specific cosmeceuticals. Maintenance treatments will be advised depending on your specific concerns.
Downtime
You may experience downtime between 24-48 hours post procedure. We will provide a complimentary post treatment kit at your first treatment to use on the skin for the first few days to aid the recovery of the skin.

What is Fractional Thermo Skin Resurfacing and How does it work?
The Fractional thermo-mechanical ablation system employs a hot metallic pyramidal tip to transfer heat energy to the skin to initiate collagen remodelling and fibroblast stimulation.
